Kerpiçlik village is a small and cute Efeler Yolu village with “Keldağ” (Karios) in the east and the dam lake in the south. Karios is one of the valuable visual symbols in the region due to its characteristic feature with its marble structure. Karios is famous for its mythological stories, and on this mountain, there are many ancient marble quarries, ancient road ruins and an important ritual place at its top, called "Exedra" by the Lydians. Efeler Yolu included the image of Karios on the village seal in order to prevent further destruction and degradation of this mountain and to strengthen the hand of those living in the region against the threat of marble quarries. Establishment with village seal in Kerpiçlik village; Hayrettin's Village Coffee House is run by Hayrettin Turgut, who was also the village mukhtar (chief).
