Local people have been placing jugs at certain points on the caravan routes (very old pathways or roads) since ancient times and supplying water to these jugs. This tradition, known as the "Charity Cube", is still continued on the old caravan road passing through Palamutçuk village. This Charity Cube was used in the Palamutçuk village visual of Efeler Way in order to revive this tradition, which is about to disappear today, and to pass it on to future generations.
